UP Police has announced recruitment for the constable post for both male and female candidates and online registration for this post has been started
from 18th January 2016. Last date to receive online registration is 17th February 2016. So, my friends don’t go so late. Fill the online registration as early as possible. There is huge number of vacancies for both male and female so I expect that there would be around 20 lacs people who will fill this form. So there will be a tough competition among UP Police aspirants.

Registration process will be completed in the month of February 2016 and It usually takes 2 months to initiate exam process. According to me UP government will try to complete all processes like written examination and physical exam within this year.  Those who are filling this form have to start their preparation from now because written exam might be conducted in the month of May 2016. After the examination, recruitment board takes the next step of providing answer keys. It will take hardly 20-30 days so the UP Police recruitment board might release answer key in the month of June. Then after one and half moths they may provide result of written examination. It means that your result for written exam conducted by UP Police recruitment board likely to be announced in the last week of July 2016. Then the final step i.e. physical examination and medical examination process will initiate. There are around 35 thousand vacancies so recruitment board will probably clear a multiple of 10 to the total vacancy. It means that around 3,50,000 would clear the written examination.

After the written examination some of the candidates will have “the real Jugaad” you know what I meant to say. But All you have need not worry because if you score good in your written exam and then if you give your full effort in scoring good marks in physical test so none of the authority/ Power can through you out from final selection. As I expect, Physical exam for UP Constable recruitment might start in the month of October 2016 and it will take around 1 month to complete this process. Then the final step which will be most awaited for everyone is that “List of Finally Selected candidates” and “Final cutoff mark”. This would be declared in the month of December 2016.

Conduct of Written Examination:-    In May month 2016

Release of Answer key for exam:-    In June month 2016

Declaration of written result        : -    In Last week of July

Physical Test                                 :-    In October 2016

Final result and cutoff                   :-    In December 2016

How to prepare for Examination:-

Written exam will of 300 Marks which is divided into 3 sections:-

1. General Awareness of 150 Marks
2. Mental Ability of 75 Marks
3. Quantitative ability of 75 Marks
